Reputation Management & Cancellation Policy

Purpose & Principles
1. Mission alignment
Gnarly Marmalade exists to curate safe, inclusive, and high-quality music events. Our reputation and the trust of our community are core to our success.
2. Community first
Audience safety, inclusivity, and trust take priority over contractual or financial
considerations.
3. Low tolerance for risk
We will act on credible concerns, even if informally raised, to protect our audience, staff, and community.
4. Transparency with care
We commit to communicating clearly and respectfully, without speculation or defamation.

Scope & Triggers

 Law enforcement or legal investigations
 Media reporting
 Reports from staff, artists, peers, or audience members
 Social media claims

Gnarly Marmalade reserves the right to cancel or modify Artist bookings if such concerns create reasonable risk to:

 community trust,
 or the overall success of the event.
